Position: Zone Coordinator (CABA) Job Description: We are looking for a security management professional to supervise security objectives in CABA. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the efficient fulfillment of established security objectives in the locality through planning, supervision, and control of assigned personnel, resources, and instructions. Responsibilities: Supervise the execution of security objectives across jurisdictions, in accordance with established policies and protocols. Plan and coordinate personnel assignment to security objectives, ensuring appropriate distribution of human resources. Train personnel under your supervision, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill their responsibilities. Monitor instructions assigned to each objective, ensuring compliance with security procedures in each case. Manage and control available resources (human and material), optimizing their utilization to achieve required coverage at each security objective. Evaluate team performance and implement operational adjustments as needed to improve service efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain constant communication with superiors and other departments to ensure proper alignment of security objectives with operational needs. Requirements: Reside in CABA. Experience in managing and supervising security teams. In-depth knowledge of jurisdictional security protocols and regulations. Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to efficiently coordinate resources and manage personnel. Availability to perform rotating shifts or coverage outside regular hours, if necessary.
