Learn more about us by visiting our website: www.aesa.com.ar **\#WeAreAESA** **What are we looking for?** We are currently seeking a Project Engineer. **What will be your challenges?** Coordinate and execute the integration of activities across various project areas to ensure sustainable and timely delivery, meeting specified quality standards and committed budgets. **What will be your main responsibilities?** 1. Plan project development jointly with the Project Manager to guarantee clear involvement and participation from all areas regarding task distribution and execution methodology. 2\. Develop the project organizational chart and submit it for approval by the Project Manager to ensure availability of required human resources. 3\. Review, together with the Project Manager, resources to be deployed at various locations to ensure selection of appropriate resources according to construction needs. 4\. Integrate project scope, ensuring proper flow of engineering documents and material and service requisitions to guarantee cohesion of project scope within contractual parameters. 5\. Design and maintain an updated communication plan for each project to ensure all stakeholders know whom to contact and how. 6\. Draft subcontracting specifications for services both on-site and off-site (e.g., manufacturing, specialized engineering, studies) to ensure compliance with established quality and schedule requirements. 7\. Conduct subcontract proposal analyses (together with Procurement and Construction) to prepare technical award reports aligned with the subcontracting strategy. 8\. Maintain up-to-date project risk tracking and convene (together with the Project Manager) control meetings to ensure timely elimination and mitigation of risks. 9\. Coordinate supplies and activation and inspection of provisions. 10\.
