We combine Design, Data, Growth, and Technology to transform businesses by delivering end\-to\-end solutions that directly impact user experience. ###### **The Challenge** We are seeking a **Senior Python Developer** to lead the development and evolution of the core libraries used across the organization’s various development teams. You will be responsible for designing reusable components that accelerate development, maintain quality standards, and reduce the technical complexity of the Python ecosystem. Beyond development, you will serve as a technical reference, collaborating with multiple teams, promoting best practices, and supporting the adoption of the solutions you build. The client you’ll work with operates in the banking sector and follows a **hybrid model requiring two days per week onsite** at their office located in Chacarita. ###### **What You’ll Do Daily** **Design and Develop Reusable Libraries** * Design simple, maintainable, and scalable APIs. * Develop SDKs, HTTP/gRPC clients, authentication components, observability tools, and shared utilities. * Define versioning and compatibility strategies following Semantic Versioning (SemVer). * Publish and maintain packages in GitHub Packages. **Ensure Technical Quality** * Implement automated tests using pytest and Hypothesis. * Maintain high standards of code coverage and quality. * Apply tools such as Ruff, Black, isort, MyPy, and pre\-commit. * Manage dependency security using Bandit, Dependabot, and static analysis tools. **Automate the Development Lifecycle** * Design CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. * Automate testing, building, and publishing processes. * Define release and versioning strategies. **Drive Observability** * Integrate tracing via OpenTelemetry. * Implement structured logging and metrics to facilitate library monitoring. **Serve as a Technical Reference** * Support teams using the libraries. * Participate in architecture discussions when solutions have cross-cutting impact. * Promote development, documentation, and maintenance standards. * Collaborate on reducing technical debt and evolving the platform. ###### **What We Expect From You** * More than 6 years developing backend solutions with Python. * Experience designing reusable components or internal frameworks. * Experience working cross-functionally with development teams. * Experience with Python 3\.10 or later, AsyncIO, advanced Type Hints, Pydantic, packaging with Poetry or Setuptools, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, GitHub, and automated testing with Pytest. ###### **We Especially Value** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Technical English proficiency. * Experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub Packages, gRPC, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Hypothesis, and MyPy. ###### **How We Work at Nonconformist** We appreciate people who… * Are autonomous, responsible, flexible, and embrace change. * Promote continuous feedback, active listening, and value diversity. * Collaborate in teams and share knowledge to build better solutions. * Question assumptions, propose ideas, and turn concepts into action—blending creativity with real-world impact. ###### **Our Benefits** * OSDE corporate health plan (for you and your family). * One additional week of vacation. * Birthday leave day. * In-house yoga classes. * In-house English classes. * Home, auto, and motorcycle insurance partnership. * Travel insurance partnership. * Opportunity to work with market-leading clients. * Hybrid work model. ###### **If You Think This Is a Match...** We look forward to your application!
