Job Summary: You will impact Selenios' technological evolution by participating in key technical decisions and developing end-to-end features with ownership over critical components. Opportunity to grow into technical leadership roles As one of Selenios’ first engineers, you will have a direct impact on the evolution of our technology platform. Although we already have a product and customers, we are actively building, and you will participate in foundational technical decisions that will define our future. You will work directly with our CTO on designing and developing new capabilities, with true ownership over critical system components and the opportunity to grow into technical leadership roles as we scale. What You’ll Do Develop end\-to\-end features that directly impact our customers Participate in architecture decisions and the evolution of the technology stack Collaborate with the CTO to define coding standards and engineering best practices Work with product and business teams to translate needs into technical solutions Help establish the technical and cultural foundations of the engineering team What We’re Looking For \- Strong experience developing with Next.JS \- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions \- Proficiency in full\-stack development and software engineering best practices Experience with digital products in growth stage (preferred) What We Offer \- Impact from day one: your technical decisions will shape the product \- Direct visibility with the CTO and participation in strategic decisions \- Opportunity to grow alongside the company into leadership roles \- Flexible hybrid model: offices in CABA \+ up to 3 remote days per week \- Full\-time position in a team building something BIG Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1\.000,00 \- $3\.000,00 per month Work Location: Remote
