Kroll’s Decision Intelligence Services provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing. We are seeking a Director, Decision Intelligence to establish, scale, and lead our LATAM\-based Decision Intelligence team, supporting Kroll's US practice and global clients. This leader will be responsible for building a high\-performing analytics and AI capability, driving innovation, delivering complex client engagements, and partnering with senior stakeholders to expand the firm's data\-driven offerings. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, deep analytics and AI expertise, proven people leadership, and experience operating within a client\-facing advisory environment. Apply now to join *One team, One Kroll* . **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Practice Leadership \& Team Development** * Establish and scale Kroll's Decision Intelligence capability in LATAM, serving as the regional leader for analytics and AI delivery. * Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high\-performing teams across Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. * Provide technical and professional guidance to managers, consultants, and analysts. * Drive resource planning, utilization, career development, and succession planning across the practice. **Client \& Stakeholder Management** * Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C\-suite executives, private equity investors, deal teams, and corporate leaders. * Lead executive\-level discussions to identify business challenges and develop analytics\-driven solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographies. * Partner closely with other Kroll service lines to deliver integrated client solutions. * Act as the executive escalation point for major engagements, ensuring exceptional client experience and delivery quality. **Business Development \& Growth** * Support practice growth through active participation in business development, client pursuits, proposals, thought leadership, and solution demonstrations. * Identify market opportunities and develop industry\-specific analytics and AI offerings. * Collaborate with US leadership on go\-to\-market strategies, account expansion initiatives, and strategic client pursuits. * Contribute to revenue growth through cross\-selling, client relationship development, and delivery excellence. **Engagement Delivery** * Lead complex analytics, AI, and decision intelligence engagements across the transaction lifecycle. * Oversee end\-to\-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and commercial success. * Translate business problems into actionable analytical frameworks, insights, forecasts, optimization models, and AI\-powered solutions. * Drive development of scalable assets, accelerators, and automation tools that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, risk management protocols, and professional practices. **Analytics, AI \& Innovation Leadership** * Lead the design and deployment of advanced analytics, machine learning and LLM\-based solutions. * Drive adoption of emerging technologies and AI\-enabled methodologies across engagements. * Provide oversight on solution architecture, model development, and deployment approaches. * Champion innovation initiatives that improve diligence processes, value creation assessments, and business performance insights. * Represent the practice through thought leadership and industry forums. **QUALIFICATION \& EXPERIENCE:** * 15\+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Transaction Advisory, or related fields. * Proven experience building and scaling offshore, nearshore or global delivery teams supporting international clients. * Demonstrated success leading large, client\-facing analytics and AI engagements. * Strong experience managing senior stakeholders and executive client relationships. * Strong experience supporting corporate finance, mergers \& acquisitions, transaction advisory, due diligence, value creation, or performance improvement engagements. * Track record of leading cross\-functional and geographically distributed teams. * Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting business development and practice growth. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. **TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:** The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge across several of the following areas: * Financial analytics and transaction\-related business intelligence * BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar * Data engineering, large\-scale data processing, and analytics platforms * Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning * Predictive modeling, forecasting, optimization, and statistical analysis * Azure AI and cloud\-based analytics platforms * Industry\-specific KPI frameworks across sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, or Industrials Preferred experience includes: * Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis * Working capital analysis and optimization * Business performance management and value creation analytics * Commercial due diligence and transaction analytics * Scenario modeling and financial forecasting * Buy\-side and sell\-side diligence engagements **PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:** * Executive presence with strong influencing and communication skills. * Strategic thinker with the ability to connect business objectives with analytical solutions. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building teams and capabilities. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, global, client\-service environment. * Willingness to travel as required **About Kroll** Join the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
