The role will be responsible for the administration, operation, and optimization of SQL Server instances in cloud environments, technically leading initiatives related to operational continuity, performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities* Administer and operate SQL Server instances on public cloud (AWS RDS SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance). * Resolve P1/P2 incidents (24x7\) and P3/P4 incidents (12x5\) while ensuring SLA compliance. * Execute scheduled, standard, and emergency changes in production and non-production environments. * Proactively monitor database performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Technically lead SQL Server engine administration within the local team. * Implement continuous improvements to platform operations and stability.
