Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer for Maintenance, focused on project management and execution, planning, monitoring, and coordination of process improvements and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on management, planning, and execution of improvement projects. 2. Cross-functional interaction with various departments and contractor supervision. 3. Participation in continuous improvement and operational optimization projects. We are looking for a Project Engineer to join the Maintenance Department, with a strong orientation toward project management and execution, for the Campana area. The position will focus on planning, monitoring, and coordinating maintenance, infrastructure, and process optimization projects, working cross-functionally with various departments. Key Responsibilities: Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance and infrastructure projects. Management of schedules, resources, costs, and technical documentation. Interaction with internal departments (maintenance, production, quality, safety). Coordination and supervision of contractors and suppliers. Monitoring of progress, deviations, and project status reporting. Participation in continuous improvement and operational optimization projects. Requirements: Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical or related field). Experience in project management within industrial environments. Profile more oriented toward projects / planning / management than pure mechanical execution. Proficiency in planning and monitoring tools (MS Project, Excel or others). Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
