If you have recently graduated or are about to graduate (maximum two final exams and/or thesis remaining) with a degree in **Industrial Engineering**, we have an opening for you as a **Planning Analyst**, based at our **Campana plant and/or Retiro offices**.

We seek young professionals to join Tenaris’s Planning team, participating in projects related to industrial and business performance analysis, process improvement, and digital transformation.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives, collaborating across various company departments to drive operational improvements, optimize outcomes, and promote the use of analytical tools, automation, and artificial intelligence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze industrial and business performance, generating key insights to support decision-making.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization with measurable impact on results.
* Participate in automation, digitalization, and adoption initiatives for analytical tools and artificial intelligence.
* Develop reports, KPIs, and analyses to enhance information visibility and understanding.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sustainable performance and results improvement.
* Contribute to strategic projects focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
**Requirements:**
* Graduated or nearing graduation (maximum two final exams and/or thesis remaining) in Industrial Engineering.
* Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
* Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week), under a hybrid model comprising four days on-site and one day remote at our Campana or Retiro facility, depending on the role.
* Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, automation tools, and Artificial Intelligence is preferred.
