Expanding SME company is incorporating into its team a Tax Accounting Analyst profile, organized and oriented towards continuous improvement. This position will report directly to the Company's Accountant **Main Responsibilities:** Analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts. Bank reconciliations. Monthly closings. Preparation and reconciliation of working papers for tax filings (in coordination with External Accounting Firm). Preparation of management reports and supporting documentation. Preparation of credit files and documentation required by fiscal and legal authorities. Internal support to the team regarding data entry and accounting of transactions. **Profile Requirements:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory). Previous experience in SMEs or accounting firms (valued). Intermediate level Excel skills (pivot tables). Experience with management tools or software. Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Proactivity, responsibility, and orientation towards continuous improvement.
