Be Bayer. **Main Purpose** Steer and control production costs for the Conosur region by supporting one production site, influencing daily and strategic financial decisions, and improving business performance visibility. Act as a key interface between finance and operations, translating financial insights into operational actions, monitoring plant, field, and overhead costs, identifying variances early, driving savings initiatives, and participating in local production leadership forums. **Your mission will be to** * Lead financial costing, budgeting and bottom\-up forecasting processes for field and plant costs, and facilitate financial performance meetings. * Manage cost challenges, monitor fixed expenses, and act as a focal point for COGM\-related discussions with country clusters. * Serve as a Country Cluster Leadership team member, providing financial support to the Production Lead in steering the business. * Act as a business partner by coordinating financial continuous improvement processes with a focus on cost optimization and validating cost\-saving initiatives. * Provide COGS analysis to support profitability strategy definition and execution across country clusters. * Drive Finance Excellence through KPI benchmarking across sites, best practice adoption (“One PSS”), and cost synergy tracking. * Lead cost ownership training and financial onboarding for budget and forecast owners. * Participate in costing system implementation and management (COGM). * Support audits, inventory counts, and fixed asset management, acting as a guide and facilitator. * Serve as people focal point for a team of three, recognized for coaching and continuous improvement in daily processes. **Unlock your potential** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering. * 7\+ years of cumulative experience across different finance areas, with prior experience in FP\&A and Controllership. * Strong competencies in strategic and digital mindset, results orientation, change management, and ambiguity management. * Excellent communication, organizational, market awareness, and influencing skills. * Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. **YOUR APPLICATION** This is your opportunity to tackle the world’s biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change. Be Bayer. **Main Purpose** Responsible for maintaining and improving electrical systems to ensure equipment and production reliability, availability and safety. Defines and implements maintenance and reliability strategy, leads operational optimization, and collaborates with maintenance, project and production teams to resolve operational challenges and achieve world-class standards. **Your mission will be** * Drive improvements in equipment, facility and process reliability, ensuring effective communication to optimize asset availability and performance. * Define and manage reliability and maintenance strategy to ensure safe and efficient operations, reducing losses, improving costs, managing KPIs, and implementing technical projects and standards. * Lead and develop operations personnel, engineers and contractors to achieve high standards of electrical performance measured by KPIs. * Provide technical support, analyze failures and critical variables, and lead action plans using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies. * Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure high asset care standards, define technical standards, and support complex repairs and modifications. * Actively participate in LEAN initiatives impacting productive system effectiveness as a member of the focused improvement pillar. * Support risk analyses, audits, maintenance shutdowns and manufacturing improvements, participating in daily LEAN meetings. * Manage contractor work orders, evaluate suppliers, and coordinate maintenance task planning and scheduling. * Provide technical support to maintenance, implement equipment and methodology improvements, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance diagnostics focused on KPIs. * Participate in continuous improvement processes to create, modify or eliminate maintenance plans, equipment and spare parts. * Participate in the technical analysis of new asset projects (CAPEX). * Engage in early equipment management, defining spare parts and preventive and predictive maintenance plans. **Unleash Your Potential** * Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * Intermediate or advanced English, both spoken and written. * Experience in maintenance processes. * Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (5S, TPM, RCA, Six Sigma, etc.). * Experience in contractor management. * Skills in design, integration and implementation of industrial electrical systems (LV/MV, MCCs, generation and distribution). * Strong results orientation, leadership, effective communication, networking ability and agility. * Ability to lead cultural change, foster collaboration and innovation. At Grupo Medihome, we are looking for doctors to provide care to adult patients in Salto, Buenos Aires Province. We are targeting licensed and registered professionals (mandatory) who reside in or provide patient care in the aforementioned area (and surrounding areas). The main responsibilities of those appointed to this position will include assisting and monitoring pathologies of patients receiving home-based hospitalization, through scheduled home visits. During these visits, they will perform physical examinations, monitor medication, issue prescriptions and laboratory test requests, compile clinical histories and subsequent progress notes, provide family support, and carry out any other activities inherent to home visits.
