We are bridging two worlds, advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **Sr Material Controller** **Position Purpose** Responsible for controlling the receipt, storage and delivery of materials and equipment. Assists in maintaining and operating the material control system (ERM) on site, consolidating technical information and assigning materials to construction work packages. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in maintaining and operating the ERM system, ensuring compliance with company and project policies and procedures. * Control all materials and equipment from site receipt through to final installation, issuing receipt reports according to the project schedule. * Ensure proper storage, safeguarding and preservation of materials and equipment until delivery to construction. * Verify and consolidate MTOs (Material Take-Offs) generated by engineering into BOMs, adding necessary margins and contingencies. * Provide package requisitions with BOM quantities and coordinate with procurement to prepare purchase inquiries. * Report surplus, shortages, non-conforming or damaged materials in both field and warehouse via ERM. * Identify surplus materials and manage their disposition or disposal. * Coordinate with logistics and expediting for safe and timely delivery of materials and equipment to site. * Issue daily material receipt reports according to standard distribution lists. * Conduct or assist in periodic audits of warehouses, laydown areas and free-issue stocks. * Comply with project HSE and environmental procedures and regulations. * Determine storage locations for materials and equipment based on vendor recommendations. * Accurately record material and equipment locations within the ERM system. * Supervise material preservation activities according to vendor requirements using digital tools. * Record the delivery of free-issue materials/equipment to contractors per field procedures. * Maintain records of surplus materials. **Additional Responsibilities** * Supervise all personnel from the warehouse operations contractor. * Verify the integrity and compliance of all documentation issued by the contractor (e.g., risk assessments, permits, lifting plans, etc.). **What You'll Bring?** **Software, Processes and Tools:** **Position Requirements:** * University or technical studies are valued. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar EPCM roles. * Practical knowledge of material and equipment identification and warehouse management. * Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or others. **Location**: SITE Salta **Modality:** Roster 14x14 If you require **any accessibility accommodation**, please do not hesitate to mention it in your application. **Moving Forward Together** We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can speak up and be heard.
