**POSITION OBJECTIVE / GENERAL PURPOSE** Execute the implementation of Grupo Murchison’s software development strategy, ensuring quality and security standards in alignment with the organization’s vision, purpose, and culture. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop, analyze, correct, and maintain the evolution of Grupo Murchison’s applications, with a continuous improvement focus. * Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle—from conceptualization and technical design to implementation and optimization. * Promote high-quality coding practices and a focus on delivering scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with the company’s business and technical objectives. * Collaborate in defining system architectures that meet both technical and business requirements. * Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and development reviews. Document progress and technical solutions in knowledge management systems. * Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to ensure cohesion and efficiency in project development. **KEY TASKS** * Build and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable applications using C#, Node.js, and other technologies. * Conduct technical analyses to design tailored solutions for functional requirements. * Perform corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
