





Hotel Portezuelo is looking for a Receptionist to join our team, providing high-quality service to our guests and ensuring a warm and professional experience from the first contact Responsibilities: * Receive and assist guests during check-in and check-out. * Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and reservations. * Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. * Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant) to ensure an excellent stay. * Operate hotel management system (PMS) for registrations and billing. * Address concerns and complaints with a proactive and friendly attitude. Requirements: * Previous experience in hotel reception, tourism, or customer service (desirable). * Intermediate/advanced level of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages will be valued. * Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, email) and hotel management systems. * Excellent appearance, communication skills, and service orientation. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
