We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** This search aims to fill the position of a Civil Construction Supervisor for a mining project located at Salar del Rincón, Salta, Argentina. The project is situated in a high-altitude geographical area (4,000 meters above sea level), and working conditions will follow a 14x14 roster schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** The duties correspond to those of a Civil Construction Supervisor. Without being limited to the following, the main tasks required for this role are: a. Coordinate and be part of an interdisciplinary team (Construction, Commissioning, Quality, HSE, Environment, Planning and Cost Control, Camp Management, Services). b. Supervise contractor work. e. Monitor HSE, QA/QC and environmental deviations. Ensure compliance with standards and procedures. f. Report to Superintendents and Construction Managers. g. Liaise with functional departments within the Company. h. Track physical progress. i. Certifications. j. Participate in periodic meetings. k. Prepare reports. l. Perform standard administrative tasks expected of any company employee (e.g., timesheet entries, training, etc.) **What You’ll Bring?** **Software, Processes and Tools:** * Candidates must have proven experience in mining projects and specific civil works activities, including supervision and management of execution and construction. Applicants should possess knowledge of planning, quality control, HSE and environment, strong interpersonal skills, contractor supervision, reporting, and client interaction.
