We are bridging two worlds, advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources that are needed today. **Key Responsibilities:** * Gather and compile essential data for contract administration. * Under direct supervision, assist in implementing contractual administration procedures. * Coordinate or monitor administrative tasks related to service contracts, equipment, materials or product purchases. * Participate in proposal preparation, negotiation, contract administration and client communication. * Assist in identifying, selecting and negotiating with reliable contractors. * Prepare contracts, monitor performance and service delivery. * Manage approvals and documentation for payments, ensuring required services are delivered. **What You'll Bring?** * University degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 3\+ years of relevant experience. * Languages: Bilingual (Spanish \- English), with experience in document writing and knowledge of Argentine legislation in mining and engineering. * Excellent ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly. Development of skills to influence and persuade. * Intermediate/advanced understanding of specific systems and tools in the area. Excellent interpersonal skills and proactivity.
