We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **Senior Material Control Administrator** **Position Purpose** Responsible for controlling documentation of received materials and managing material lists for release to construction. Assists in maintaining and operating the site's material control system (ERM), consolidating technical information and assigning materials to construction work packages. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in maintaining and operating the ERM system, ensuring compliance with company and project policies and procedures. * Control all materials and equipment from site receipt through final installation, issuing receiving reports according to project schedule. * Verify and consolidate MTOs (Material Take-Offs) generated by engineering into BOMs, adding required allowances and contingencies. * Provide package requisitions with BOM quantities and coordinate with procurement to prepare inquiries. * Report in ERM any surpluses, shortages, non-conforming or damaged materials, both in field and warehouse. * Coordinate with logistics and expediting teams for safe and timely delivery of materials and equipment to site. * Issue daily material receipt reports according to standard distribution list. * Conduct or assist in periodic audits of warehouses, storage areas and free-issue stocks. * Comply with project HSE and environmental procedures and regulations. * Record delivery of free-issue materials/equipment to contractors according to field procedures. * Maintain records of surplus materials. **What You’ll Bring?** **Software, Processes and Tools:** **Requirements** * University or technical studies (preferably completed). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in material administration. * Experience with ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle or similar. * Basic English communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail and teamwork capability. **Location:** Site Salta **Work Mode:** Roster 14x14 If you require **any accessibility accommodation**, please do not hesitate to specify it in your **Moving Forward Together** We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can speak up and be heard.
