We are bridging two worlds, advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **Objective:** Execute support activities for Supervisors, Superintendents and Construction Managers, actively collaborating to ensure the high standard of planning, safety and quality required in project execution. Provide support according to required standards. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in tracking construction, installation and assembly tasks of the project, fully in accordance with specifications, procedures and execution plans. * Collaborate and be part of an interdisciplinary team with broad visibility and interaction across various project activities (Construction, Commissioning, Quality, HSE, Environment, Planning and Cost Control, Camp Management, Services). * Support task planning, encouraging initiatives that contribute to productivity and improved quality. * Support the review and planning process of resources allocated for construction in production units and work packages. * Support the preparation of weekly and monthly construction progress reports. * Perform administrative tasks typical of any company employee (e.g., timesheet entry, training, safety-related activities, etc.). * Prioritize Safety in all activities (daily routines, meetings and interactions). **Requirements:** * Academic background: Graduates in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related fields, up to 2 years post graduation (mandatory). * English language proficiency at upper intermediate to advanced level (mandatory). * Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Power BI, others. * Strong oral and written communication skills, aligned with Worley's values and behaviors. **Work Location:** **Work Location:** Salta. **Modality:** Salta Office, on-site presence with possibility of 14x14 roster at site. **Moving forward together** We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can speak up and be heard.
