You’ll solve supply chain challenges that affect everyone: a smoke-free world. **Your day-to-day…** * Lead, implement, and monitor various Plant Engineering projects—reporting progress and deviations—and collaborate cross-functionally across all departments. * Execute improvement projects to optimize machine efficiency and ensure proper operation. Develop technical solutions and functional systems—from design and schematics through final fabrication—ensuring quality, safety, and operational reliability. * Implement manufacturing design changes and manage the procurement process for resources to drive improvements and ensure equipment maintenance. * Provide support to the Maintenance department in daily preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, as well as in managing key performance indicators. * Manage and keep up to date documentation, records, and legal/audit requirements. **We’re looking for…** * Advanced undergraduate student or graduate in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines (mandatory), with solid knowledge of mechanical/metallurgical solution development for industrial process lines; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks (mandatory); project management tools and SAP are desirable; * Intermediate/advanced level of English; * Candidates with excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders, teamwork orientation, proactivity, organization, strong customer focus, and results-driven mindset will be highly valued. **What we offer…** Our success lies in the talented people who come to work every day with purpose and a desire to improve.
