Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate agricultural tasks, manage personnel, and report on production progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate field agricultural operations. 2. Supervise personnel, contractors, machinery, and inputs. 3. Monitor and report on agricultural activities. We Are Looking For: Field Supervisor Join Our Team Salta Province and surrounding areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and coordinate daily field tasks. Monitor agricultural activities and the overall condition of fields. Organize and manage field staff and contractors. Supervise the use of machinery, inputs, and tools. Collect production-related information and report progress to the relevant department. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Agricultural Engineering. Previous experience in similar positions. Knowledge of agricultural operations and general field management. Willingness to reside on-site.
