Let’s see if you possess the skills we’re looking for! :)** As part of our team expansion initiative, we are seeking a candidate for the role of **CONTROLLER**. The selected candidate will join the Italian Controlling Department and will be responsible for: * Collecting performance data from various functions and corporate tools, and producing reports and summary information; * Conducting corporate performance control through critical analysis of variances among actual results, budgeted figures, historical data, and comparable real-world data within the Group; * Preparing economic, financial, and asset-related analyses to support Management and business personnel; * Identifying potential areas for improvement and proposing necessary corrective actions in case of imbalances; * Participating in the identification, design, and implementation of new or more effective and efficient corporate operational processes, interfacing with various internal departments and/or external consultants; * Supporting newly acquired entities integrated into the Group by assisting them in aligning with the Group’s data preparation and collection procedures, reporting practices, and analytical models; * Interfacing with the external audit firm regarding matters falling within the scope of responsibilities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration or Management Engineering; * Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, with **an essential focus on advanced Excel functionalities** (knowledge of Access is considered a plus); * Ability to manage large volumes of data originating from diverse sources; * Ability to handle stress during peak activity periods within the month; * Precision, adherence to deadlines, and strong goal orientation; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and proactivity; * Good command of English (knowledge of Spanish is an advantage). **WHAT WE OFFER** * Hybrid work model, including up to 10 days per month of smart working; * Corporate welfare benefits; * Flexible working hours (start and end times); * Opportunities for international career development; * Meal vouchers; * Internal training programs and professional development courses; * A stimulating, innovative workplace attentive to sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion. * A dynamic and passionate Group; **OUR VALUES** * **Pursuit of excellence**: We commit to growing larger and more competent every day, preparing ourselves to win in continuously evolving markets.
