At HIERRONORT S.R.L., we are looking for a Monitoring Assistant whose main challenge will be ensuring operational control, traceability, and compliance with procedures through real-time tracking and deviation analysis, directly contributing to business productivity and efficiency. Main Responsibilities Monitor branch operations in real time. Identify and record operational deviations related to order and cleanliness, process compliance, and operational behaviors. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, consolidating findings and operational deviations. Issue real-time alerts based on severity level. Safeguard evidence (screenshots and recordings) in assigned systems. Requirements Technical training in computer science (desirable). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in monitoring, operational control, or similar roles. Proficiency in IT tools and monitoring systems (CCTV, GPS, or others). Analytical capability and results-oriented approach. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
