Job Summary: Monitor real-time Bingo activities via security cameras to prevent irregularities and protect the public, staff, and assets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate the CCTV system for control and surveillance of sensitive areas. 2. Report suspicious behaviors and incidents. 3. Collaborate in internal investigations with visual evidence. Monitor real-time activities within the establishment via the security camera system to prevent and detect irregular situations, protecting the public, staff, and Bingo assets. Main Responsibilities: -Operate the CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) system for monitoring the gaming hall, entrances, cashiers, and other sensitive areas. -Observing and reporting suspicious behaviors or abnormal events to security personnel or the relevant supervisor. -Recording and documenting incidents in internal systems or control logs. -Ensuring proper recording and storage of video footage. -Monitoring staff and supplier entries and exits in coordination with Physical Security. -Collaborating in internal investigations by providing visual evidence when required. -Maintaining absolute confidentiality regarding observed or recorded information. Training in security, surveillance, or basic IT is valued. Prior experience in monitoring, security, access control, or similar positions. Experience in high-traffic environments (shopping malls, casinos, bingo halls, etc.) is desirable. Attention to detail and high concentration levels.
