Opportunities for training and development Clinical–Operational Coordinator – Medical Institution in Salta At Rennius, a nephrology-specialized center with over 40 years of experience, we are looking for a Clinical–Operational Coordinator to lead teams, ensure daily operational efficiency, and guarantee a humane, high-quality patient care experience. Main Responsibilities: - Coordination of teams (nursing, cleaning, maintenance) and scheduling. - Supervision of processes and preparation of management reports. - Organization of dialysis schedules, coordination with physicians, and patient follow-up. - Management of patient transfers, vaccination campaigns, and vascular procedures. - Stock control, procurement from suppliers, and management of critical supplies. Requirements: - Degree in Nursing or Medicine (preference for Nephrology, Internal Medicine, or Health Management). - Experience in coordination or supervisory roles in healthcare. - Proficiency in digital tools. - Leadership, organizational, communication, and patient-centered skills.
