Handle inquiries, complaints, and sensitive situations, providing clear solutions focused on customer satisfaction. Explain services, work performed, scheduled maintenance, and technical recommendations in an understandable manner. Track vehicle status and keep the customer informed throughout the entire process. Receive vehicles, accurately recording customer data, vehicle information, and initial condition. Open, manage, and close repair orders in the corresponding system. Prepare clear and accurate estimates according to technical diagnoses and internal policies. Coordinate repair timelines and delivery with the technical team. Verify proper documentation of completed work. Possess basic knowledge of automotive mechanics: wear parts, filters, lamps, fluids, and scheduled maintenance. Interpret technical diagnoses and translate them into clear language for the customer. Advise on preventive and corrective services, promoting sound maintenance practices. Use CRM systems for customer management, service history, and case tracking. Use Excel for estimates, reports, controls, and basic analysis. Operate internal systems for work order and appointment management. Adapt to new digital tools used in the department. Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Technical, administrative, or commercial training (desirable). Prior customer service experience, preferably in workshops, dealerships, or related fields. Experience in telephone customer service and direct customer interaction. Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and scheduled maintenance. Preparation and interpretation of estimates. CRM and Excel proficiency at the user level. Customer attention and handling of service-related inquiries. Estimate preparation and repair order initiation.
