Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team at a major Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives and customer satisfaction. Join a growing company! · At Ceta Capital Humano, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join a major Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company. · Position Objective: Ensure achievement of commercial objectives by leading and motivating the sales team to deliver optimal results. · Key Responsibilities Direct and manage the sales objectives established for the team under supervision. Supervise the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales representatives. Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to adjust commercial strategies. Conduct on-site visits to customers to assess service satisfaction levels and identify needs. Participate in negotiations with clients and close major commercial agreements. Prepare and communicate sales reports and performance analyses to the commercial team and management. Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and propose adjustments. Participate in the preparation of the annual sales budget together with Commercial Management, Business Intelligence, and Management Control. Communicate commercial actions, price list updates, and other relevant information to the sales force. Represent the company at events and trade shows organized by clients or industry companies. Conduct commercial (environmental) analysis and onboard new clients. · Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (not mandatory). Proficiency in SAP. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within FMCG, Retail, or related industries. Leadership experience managing a team of approximately 10 people. Personal transportation.
