A prominent company based in Jujuy is seeking a Branch Manager Job Responsibilities: Plan, direct and control the overall branch management, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. Define and implement marketing, pricing and promotional plans aligned with company strategy. Direct, supervise and evaluate sales activities (retail and wholesale). Analyze local market and competition, proposing strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Monitor customer service and checkout operations, ensuring high-quality shopping experience. Manage and analyze performance indicators (sales, shrinkage, profitability, inventory). Supervise merchandise receiving, restocking and rotation under FIFO standards. Control shrinkage, confiscation and expiration policies. Ensure compliance with internal, food safety and quality regulations. Lead, coordinate and develop the branch team, evaluating performance and productivity. Manage human, facility and operational resources of the branch. Coordinate with central departments: Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Regional Coordination. Represent the branch before regulatory authorities as required. Requirements: University degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions within the retail / supermarket sector (mandatory). Proven experience in branch management, large teams and sales. Commercial and sales management in retail. Team leadership skills. Strategic wholesale sales management. Perishable product management. Analysis of commercial and operational indicators.
