Assist in maintaining and operating the material control system (ERM) for the site. Consolidate MTOs generated by engineering into BOMs and assign required material batches. Assign bulk material shipments to construction work packages. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in maintaining and operating the site's material control system (ERM) and ensure adherence to relevant company and project policies and procedures. * Using ERM, provide continuous control of all materials and equipment from site receipt through to installation. Issue the Material Receipt Report (MRR) within the timeframe established for the project. * Ensure proper storage, safekeeping and preservation of materials and equipment until required for construction. * Verify and consolidate MTOs prepared by engineering into material lists (e\-BOMs). Add necessary material batches and contingencies (design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning). * Provision material packages according to quantities specified in BOMs to enable warehouse personnel to assemble physical material packages. * Identify and report in the ERM system surpluses, shortages, and damaged materials/equipment for both direct deliveries to site and deliveries to the material warehouse. * Identify surplus material and ensure it goes through the disposal and scrapping process. * Coordinate with Activation and Logistics departments on expected arrival dates of Materials and Equipment en route to site. * Ensure that Material Receipt Reports (MRR) are issued within the established timeframe. * Conduct or assist in periodic audits of project and contractor warehouses as required by company or client procedures. * Cooperate and align with Project Safety and Environmental procedures and regulations. * Be responsible for the correct receipt, storage, preservation and delivery of materials and equipment. **Warehouses** * Decide where materials and equipment will be stored following manufacturer recommendations. * Ensure that storage locations for materials and equipment are properly recorded in the ERM system. * Ensure that stored materials and equipment are clearly identified. **Delivery of materials and equipment** * Ensure that delivery of materials/equipment to contractors is recorded according to the procedure established by Worley. * Maintain a record of surplus materials. **What You'll Bring?** **Software, processes and tools:** * Tertiary or university technical studies and experience in EPCM-type projects or similar roles will be prioritized. * Practical knowledge of material and equipment identification and warehouse management. * Experience with computer-based ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle or others. * Work location SITE SALTA * Roster 14x14 If you require any **accessibility accommodation**, please do not hesitate to specify it in your application **Moving Forward Together** We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can speak up and be heard.
