warehouse activities to provide effective and efficient support for distribution and storage matters at the Rincón Lithium Project. **Key Responsibilities** * Control and manage physical and digital documentation associated with all material receipts and dispatches from the warehouse. * Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Timely report to user departments and stakeholders on material movements, stock levels, and operational updates. * Implement, maintain, and improve storage, preservation, and safe material handling procedures. * Collaborate with various operational areas to ensure timely and efficient material supply. * Lead and develop the warehouse team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and promoting a safe, productive, and results-oriented work environment. * Record and control all inventory movements in SAP, including consumption, adjustments, transfers, receipts, and dispatches. * Ensure inventory accuracy through periodic controls, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment standards within the warehouse. * Promote continuous improvement of warehousing, inventory, and internal logistics processes. **About You** * University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations (desirable). * Solid knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and safe material handling. * Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent platforms), including inventory movement control and material administration. * Ability to analyze information, generate reports, and track management indicators. * Aptitude to work under a 7x7 roster\. * Leadership, team coordination, and personnel management skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * teams to ensure the timely and efficient supply of materials. * Lead and develop the warehouse team by allocating tasks, setting priorities and promoting a safe, productive and results\-oriented work environment. * Record and control all inventory transactions in SAP, including consumption, adjustments, transfers, receipts and dispatches. * Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliations. * Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, inventory management and internal logistics processes. **About you** * Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. * Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, logistics and inventory management (preferred). * Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing practices and safe material handling. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar platforms), including inventory transaction control and material management. * Ability to analyse information, prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators. * Availability to work a 7 days on / 7 days off roster. * Strong leadership, team coordination and people management skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Results\-oriented
