Support the design of analytics tools across key processes—from business case generation through development and implementation management. Manage and coordinate change management and communication activities across all organizational levels. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, assess, and articulate business needs across various departments or analytics projects to propose solutions that support value creation and capture within the organization. * Ensure and coordinate the application, deployment, and monitoring of advanced analytics models in commercial processes. * Coordinate and manage technical teams—including applications, data science, engineering, and data architecture—to drive operational improvements in analytics models. * Design and deploy the change management plan (communication, training, etc.) to enable adoption of technology and data initiatives, ensuring benefit realization. * Promote and/or represent cultural change within the organization as ambassadors of the analytics process at Arca Continental. * Manage, negotiate, and communicate operational tracking metrics—as well as necessary incentives—across organizational levels to align processes and activities with established models. **Qualifications and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Physics\-Mechatronics, or related fields (mandatory). * Experience in projects utilizing analytics tools (minimum 2 years, mandatory). * Proficiency in AWS, Databricks, and Fabrik (mandatory). * English language proficiency: Advanced. * Expertise in data modeling and manipulation. * Knowledge of ETL, Power Query, etc. (mandatory). **Our Commitment** Arca Continental is an equal opportunity employer.
