Let’s see if you have the skills we’re looking for! :)** For V-Valley srl, a company within the Esprinet group focusing on Advanced Solutions and value-added solutions, we are seeking an INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST who, as part of the Networking & UC Business Unit, will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships with a Customer Centricity approach. Specifically, responsibilities include: * Developing new business opportunities related to the relevant sector; * Collaborating with the business developer to create customized offers based on customer needs; * Entering and updating deals in the CRM; * Forecasting; * Interacting with suppliers to request Special Bids and staying constantly updated on market trends; * Conducting phone calls with customers and following up on sent offers; * Contacting customers by phone to promote brand-specific promotions and commercial initiatives; * Providing support to customers and internal sales teams during pre- and post-sales phases to resolve any doubts or issues; * Working towards goals such as revenue, profitability, deadlines, and expanding the customer base.
