




We’re looking for a Operations Associate who can keep property operations organized across a growing real estate portfolio. This role supports day to day workflows across property management systems, vendors, maintenance activity and access control tools. You should have experience in real estate, property management or operations and be comfortable owning repeatable processes that keep a portfolio running smoothly. If you have a background in property operations and can manage data, communication and systems with consistency, you will fit well here. **Why You’ll Want to Join:** * Paid in USD twice monthly (15th and 30th) * Up to 14 days Paid Time Off annually starting Day 1 * Observance of Holidays based on your location * 100% remote setup with flexibility to work where you perform best * Work directly with a small operations team supporting a mission driven real estate portfolio * Build structure and workflows inside a startup environment focused on workforce housing **What You’ll Work On:** Property Operations and System Management * Maintain accurate data across platforms such as RentManager, AppFolio or similar * Track utilities, expenses and maintenance activity in Excel or Notion * Keep records updated and organized for internal reporting * Support documentation workflows for asset management Vendor and Maintenance Coordination * Coordinate with vendors, property managers and maintenance teams * Monitor recurring service schedules and follow up on open tasks * Assist with communication around repairs, service timing and access needs Access Control and Technology Tools * Monitor smart lock and access systems such as RemoteLock or TTLock * Coordinate resets, updates and troubleshooting with property managers * Ensure access systems remain functional across sites Operational Tracking and Workflow Support * Track daily operational activity and flag bottlenecks * Document issues, missing data or gaps in workflows * Support the team with ad hoc operational tasks **What You Bring:** * Experience in real estate, property management or operations * Strong Excel or Notion skills * Familiarity with property management tools such as RentManager or AppFolio * Clear written and verbal English communication * Comfortable working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central time zones Nice to Have * Experience supporting multi property residential or hospitality portfolios * Exposure to digital lock or access control systems * Understanding of U.S. vendor management and property operations **How to Apply:** **Please include:** * Your updated resume * A short 1 to 2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing your operations experience Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be considered.
