### **We are seeking a Semi-Senior Java Developer to work on an Accenture project in Santander.** Key responsibilities include: * Developing and maintaining applications using Java and related frameworks. * Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code. * Conducting code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. * Participating in project planning and estimation. Implementing and executing unit and integration tests. * Communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand and define requirements. Mandatory Skills: * 3\+ years of Java development experience * Experience in large-scale and/or business-critical projects * Proficiency in Java 8 and later versions * Spring Framework experience * Hibernate / JPA experience * SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) * Design patterns and architectural patterns * Testing * CI/CD * GIT Security * Desirable Skills (not mandatory): * Kafka * REST * AWS
