What challenges await you? * Manage the operations area across all mining projects, responding to company requirements. * Plan the most appropriate operational structure to meet service demand. * Monitor daily operations of the areas under your responsibility, adhering to assigned budgets, optimizing costs, and maintaining accurate indicators for supervision. * Plan, direct, and evaluate the company's logistics and operations departments to achieve defined strategies, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction. * Promote strategic alliances with suppliers of materials, equipment, and services. * Efficiently lead human resources by supervising tasks of direct reports, measuring performance, correcting deviations, and recognizing team achievements. * Audit services provided to customers. * Supervise compliance with tasks performed by direct reports. * Promote technological innovations aimed at reducing operating costs and improving service. * Periodically visit company-owned bases, projects, and/or client camps. * Comply with and enforce quality management procedures under ISO certification standards. What are we looking for? * Completed tertiary or ongoing university studies in logistics, industrial engineering technician, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills. * Valid driver's license (professional preferred). * Availability to travel within the province. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
