Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and leader in equipment and service distribution, is seeking top talent to fill Technical roles requiring experience in heavy equipment maintenance — e.g., autonomous trucks, engines, and associated electrical systems — for our Salta branch. Main Responsibilities: * Clean parts * Maintain clean and orderly work areas * Collaborate with more experienced employees * Place spare parts orders * Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts catalogs, and mechanical and maintenance forms * Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts catalogs, and mechanical and maintenance forms * Remove and install external components such as hoods, guards, counterweights, panels, etc. * Perform removal and installation of major components such as hydraulic valves, engines, transmissions, major machinery components, drive axles, etc. * Assemble and disassemble minor components * Conduct basic machine diagnostics through visual inspection of equipment * Execute activities in accordance with SHEQ management instructions and actively participate in SHEQ-specific actions applicable to their area. Required Experience and Knowledge: * Certified technician graduated from an institute or university, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. * Demonstrated satisfactory knowledge of Mechanic B functions. * Willingness to work in teams, adopt a learning attitude, and collaborate with peers. Commitment to and respect for safety regulations and environmental protection. * Full-time availability * Qualifications appropriate to the position and minimum one year’s experience in large-scale industries. * Submit your resume including salary expectations.
