We are bridging two worlds, advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources that are needed today. **Objective:** You will be responsible for assisting in the management of procurement of goods and services for ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. You will work closely with the Supply Chain, Engineering and Supplier teams, participating in operational and administrative tasks within the procurement process. **Responsibilities:** * Request quotes from suppliers and conduct price comparisons. * Enter purchase orders and track approvals. * Coordinate deliveries and manage associated documentation (delivery notes, certificates, etc.). * Maintain updated supplier and product databases. * Support supplier evaluations and performance analysis. * Participate in internal procurement follow-up meetings. * Assist in preparing tenders and RFPs under supervision. * Comply with procurement procedures and compliance policies. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Graduates in Industrial Engineering or related fields, up to 2 years post-graduation (mandatory). * English language proficiency at upper intermediate to advanced level (mandatory). * Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Power BI, others. * Expected to have strong oral and written communication skills.
