Your day-to-day... * Administration and management of supplier payments, processing payments for utilities, taxes, and fees. * Consolidate information and prepare reports to facilitate decision-making. * Collaborate in the implementation of Internal, External, and Corporate Audit procedures, ARCA requirements, DGR, Ministries, Secretariats, and other agencies, in order to comply with internal and international control standards. * Perform reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts and carry out all accounting closing activities. * Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts of Tobacco, Spare Parts, Fixed Assets, and Agricultural Inputs. * Report daily, weekly, and annually to tax authorities on the daily movement of tobacco: green tobacco, packed tobacco, purchased from third parties and producers, from Salta, Jujuy, and Misiones. We are looking for… * Advanced student or recent graduate in Economics-related fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, or similar. (mandatory) * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar administrative accounting roles (mandatory) * Proficient in Office suite (Excel mandatory), SAP knowledge (preferred) * Intermediate/advanced level of English (mandatory) * Must reside in the city of Salta or surrounding areas * Candidates with excellent communication skills across different stakeholders, teamwork abilities, proactivity, organization, strong customer orientation, and results-driven mindset will be valued.
