




**Job Details** ------------------------- The person filling this position will be responsible for coordinating HR department tasks and designing company policies and procedures, reporting directly to the General Manager. Main responsibilities include: Managing soft HR functions: recruitment program, sourcing, selection, onboarding, development, retention, and promotion of staff. Supervising activities related to personnel administration (attendance tracking, disciplinary system, payroll processing, overtime, work accidents, ART, etc). Ensuring compliance with current labor laws and carrying out follow-up activities for monitoring and implementing regulations. Coordinating and managing workplace health and safety for company employees. Requirements: HR or related field professional with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in computer tools and management reports. Willingness to travel occasionally to branch offices. Strong negotiation skills and proactiveness.
