We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **Trainer for Training Center – Salta** **Objectives** Seeking a professional with experience in delivering training and instruction to fill the role of HSE Trainer. **Responsibilities** * Develop instructional materials for HSE training (Defensive Driving, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Energy Isolation, Excavations, Lifting Operations, Hot Work, among others). * Deliver HSE training sessions. * Verify theoretical and practical competency of trained personnel. * Manage training records. * Handle performance indicators. **What You’ll Bring?** **Software, processes and tools:** **Requirements:** * Preferably a Technician/Bachelor in Occupational Health and Safety or Road Safety Technician with proven experience as a Trainer in industrial/mining/oil & gas projects. * Resident of the city of Salta. * Computer skills required. * Strong communication skills. * In-depth knowledge of systems, processes and tools for managing training records. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations, as well as international safety standards. * English language proficiency. **Previous experience in Rescue Teams, Fire Departments, Risk Schools, or Defensive Driving Schools will be valued** **Workplace:** * Salta City, with occasional site visits. * Work schedule is Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
