Main Responsibilities Conduct periodic inspections of various sites or services under your responsibility. Hold follow-up and coordination meetings with clients. Train and instruct security guards assigned to each service. Prepare operational reports for the Operations Manager and/or Operations Department. Supervise proper compliance with service procedures and standards. A prominent security services provider operating in the Northern Zone is seeking an Operations Supervisor. Requirements Requirements Retired personnel from the Armed Forces or Security Forces. Prior experience in similar positions within the security industry. Proficiency in English. Advanced university students or graduates will be preferred. Willingness to travel throughout the country. Valid driver’s license. Residence in the Northern Zone. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (on-site mode), plus two shifts per month.
