We are seeking Nursing Degree holders with extensive experience in large healthcare institutions for our University Hospital, Recoleta Branch, afternoon shift (1 PM to 8 PM). The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all nursing services in the inpatient area. Responsibilities include organizing the nursing staff, managing material supplies, implementing measures to ensure proper service operation and maintenance, guaranteeing care quality through compliance with standards and ongoing teaching activities. Key competencies include leadership ability, professionalism, commitment, empathy, management capacity, teamwork, effective communication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
