We are bridging two worlds, advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources that are needed now. **Objective:** Execute support activities for project controls engineers, ensuring high standards of safety and quality in project execution and supporting the project services lead in management reporting to ensure timely information. **Responsibilities:** * Supports project cost control to execute the project on time, within budget and according to specifications. * Supports project planning by proposing agile tools to improve timelines and visualization of assigned reports. * Supports resource planning processes. * Supports updating assigned weekly and monthly reports (valuation logs, invoicing, etc.) * Supports consolidation of assigned weekly and monthly reports (forecast, accruals, etc.) * Other duties inherent to the role **Requirements:** * Academic background: Graduates in Industrial Engineering or related fields, up to 2 years post-graduation (mandatory). * English language proficiency upper intermediate – advanced (mandatory). * Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Power BI, others. * Strong oral and written communication skills expected.
