Manage and lead the workforce, promoting a collaborative and efficient environment. Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance of units. Ensure proper equipment operation and compliance with quality standards. Optimize area time and resources. Requirements: Proven experience in heavy vehicle mechanics and electricity. Experience in personnel leadership. Organizational ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability. Education: Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or Automotive Technology degree. Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions.
