Your mission: Execute parcel and complete equipment sales and branch collections in accordance with established commercial and collection guidelines, ensuring achievement of the sales and collection volumes planned by Management. Responsibilities: - Identify new potential customers - Maintain active customer portfolio loyalty - Monitor and maintain credit limits within established parameters - Execute customer collections - Track customer complaints from origin to resolution Required Skills and/or Competencies: - Knowledge of invoicing, credit notes, debit notes, and quotations; proficiency in management systems. - Proven commercial experience in service sales (preferably) - Results-oriented, empathetic, skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and active listening.
