Agricultural Maintenance Coordinator to join our Work Team. · Key Responsibilities: · -Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for the agricultural machinery fleet. -Supervise inter-harvest maintenance activities for harvesters, tractors, and auxiliary equipment, ensuring optimal functionality for the harvest season. -Manage the annual maintenance budget, controlling spare parts, repair, and external service costs. -Collaborate on diagnosis and resolution of mechanical and hydraulic failures, minimizing downtime. -Ensure availability of critical spare parts and materials by coordinating with Procurement and Warehousing. -Supervise and guide the maintenance technical team, assigning tasks and verifying intervention quality. -Collaborate with operational areas to guarantee proper equipment usage and respond to contingencies. -Analyze maintenance indicators (availability, MTTR, MTBF, costs) and prepare reports for management. -Promote continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance management and fleet performance. -Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations across all departmental activities. · Requirements: -Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering. -Experience in maintenance of heavy agricultural machinery and technical team coordination. -Knowledge of maintenance planning, hydraulic systems, fault diagnosis, and spare parts management. -Experience in cost control and maintenance budgeting. -Capability to lead teams, plan, solve problems, and collaborate effectively with operational areas.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University Graduate 5 years of experience Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, mechanic, mecanico
