Active collaboration in continuous improvement This opportunity may interest you! · At Randstad, we are looking for an Evaporation Operator to join the Operations team of our client, a major lithium mining company. · Required Profile: · We seek an operator with solid experience in industrial processes. Experience in the following sectors will be especially valued: · Sugar mills / Distilleries. Petrochemical industry. Other mining operations. · Key Responsibilities: · The role involves operational management and control of the evaporation unit: · Operate key equipment: evaporators, heat exchangers, pumps, and valves. Monitor critical process variables (temperature, pressure, flow rate, levels, and concentration). Perform necessary operational adjustments to maintain parameters within required specifications. Execute startup, shutdown, and process change procedures. Detect operational deviations or failures and promptly report them to supervision. Record operational data in control systems (SCADA/DCS) or spreadsheets. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Actively collaborate on basic maintenance and equipment cleaning tasks.
