We are seeking a Pharmacist for the Clinical Research and Inpatient Pharmacy areas The selected candidate will be responsible for: Managing and safeguarding medications and supplies used in clinical research studies (investigational medicinal products - IMPs). Coordinating with the research team the receipt, storage, and dispensing of IMPs, ensuring full traceability. Verifying and recording storage conditions and expiration dates of investigational products. Participating in audits, monitoring visits, and training sessions related to clinical trials. Maintaining up-to-date documentation (logs, research notebooks, dispensing and return forms, temperature reports, etc.). Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), local and international regulatory standards, and applicable institutional policies. Inpatient Pharmacy: Dispensing medications and medical supplies to various inpatient departments, in accordance with medical prescriptions and current protocols. Performing pharmaceutical validation of treatments by assessing dosage, drug interactions, duplications, and appropriateness based on patient profiles. Supervising the preparation of intravenous mixtures, parenteral nutrition, and cytotoxic drugs, where applicable. Monitoring stock levels of critical medications, psychotropic and narcotic drugs, and high-cost or low-turnover products. Participating in clinical or interdisciplinary committees related to pharmaceutical care. Providing technical advice to medical and nursing staff on the appropriate use of medications. Job Requirements: Required Education: Licensed Pharmacist with national registration (REQUIRED) Previous education or experience in hospital pharmacy (desirable). Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ANMAT, GMP, GCP, etc.). Proficiency with computer tools and traceability systems.
