Negotiation and closing of transactions while meeting objectives We are currently looking for a Sales Associate (Showroom) to join our commercial team. We seek candidates with strong customer orientation, proactivity, and high motivation to achieve results—serving as a key contributor to both the customer shopping experience and branch growth. Main Responsibilities - Attend to, advise, and assist customers in the showroom, delivering a professional and personalized shopping experience. - Manage direct sales and guide the commercial process from the initial inquiry through to closing. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting loyalty. - Prepare quotations, budgets, and manage orders—ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. - Monitor outstanding balances and support collections management, guaranteeing correct allocation. - Provide technical advice on construction materials portfolio, identifying the best solution for each project. - Identify business opportunities, contact new customers, and build sustainable commercial relationships. - Negotiate and close transactions, achieving targets set by the commercial department. - Visit customers when necessary to strengthen relationships and expand commercial opportunities. - Report relevant market, customer, and competitor updates to the Sales Manager. Requirements - Completed secondary education (mandatory). - Prior sales experience—and preferably experience in the construction industry—will be valued. - Personal transportation (desirable depending on branch operations). - Full-time availability. - Commercial profile, dynamism, strong communication skills, and customer orientation. - Requirements: Minimum education: Secondary school 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Sales Keywords: showroom staff
