At **ADT Security Services**, we are looking for a **Statistical Data Scientist** for the **Operational Excellence** area. Your objective will be to develop statistical and predictive models to identify customers with a high probability of automatic suspension and generate early alerts that allow maximizing revenue and reducing losses. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and train predictive models (decision trees, Random Forest, XGBoost) for detecting automatic suspensions. * Analyze large volumes of internal and external data to generate predictive variables. * Implement models in production environments (Python, SQL, Power BI). * Monitor model performance and make periodic adjustments. * Generate statistical reports and dashboards for KPI tracking. * Collaborate with commercial and risk departments to define strategies based on insights. **Requirements:** * Graduate or student in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis. * Proficiency in Python, SQL (Desirable) Data visualization tools (Power BI). * Desirable experience in cloud environments (Snowflake/DataBricks). * Intermediate English * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in a hybrid mode. * Reside in the Northern Zone or surrounding areas (desirable)
