Empower the team through assertive communication and constant feedback. **Your main challenges will be:** * **Lead and guide** the team of employees to achieve defined goals, promoting collaborative work and enhancing individual and group skills. * Identify **training needs and opportunities**, and implement appropriate actions. * Manage **employee performance** to ensure achievement of CAC's commercial objectives. Manage floor operations to ensure optimal service levels for our customers. * **Manage and develop** contact center resources through coaching, development opportunities, and absenteeism management. Know product stock and turnover to **drive strategy** according to availability. * Provide **operational support** on the line. * **Replace** the supervisor during their absence. Handle customers at the first level of escalation. Identify and escalate massive issues. * Be **client-centric**, as this is your management approach. **What we expect from you:** * Proven experience in managing sales teams * Education or ongoing studies related to the position * Coaching and leadership training will be valued * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Simple thinking, action-oriented and team-focused * Knowledge of tools such as Excel and Power BI will be valued * Availability for flexible working hours * Simplicity in your way of thinking and doing * Service vocation * Leadership **This position is based in CAC Salta**
