Imagine being part of our team, responsible for: • Coordinating the development of new products and continuous improvement of existing ones, transforming customer insights into opportunities for enhancement or innovation. • Planning, coordinating, and supervising projects, ensuring achievement of time, budget, quality, and scope objectives aligned with the company's strategy. • Leading user research together with Marketing to identify needs and improve user experience. • Ensuring the updating and management of all technical documentation for products and processes (specifications sheets, manuals, product lists, etc. ). • Assessing the technical feasibility of new products or redesigns. • Participating in the evaluation and approval of product samples and prototypes. • Collaborating with Procurement in the validation of suppliers and materials. • Promoting finished product quality by training and supporting other departments in meeting technical specifications. • Supervising documentation produced by the engineering support department. • Preparing monthly progress reports and departmental indicators, reporting to Operations Management. • Investigating and managing Non-Conformities, identifying root causes and defining action plans focused on customer experience. • Actively participating in product roadmap design, defining vision, objectives, and deliverables. • Ensuring a consistent, accessible product experience aligned with quality standards. • Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical departments, acting as a translator of needs and goals. • Driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus throughout the product lifecycle. What we need from you: • At least 2 years of experience leading product development or UX design projects in industrial or technological environments. • Degree in Industrial Design, UX/UI, Technology, or related fields (completed or in progress). • Advanced ability in handling graphics and performance metrics. Strategic thinking, technical leadership, clear communication, collaborative work, time management, customer orientation, proactivity, flexibility, self-management. • User-centered design, prototyping tools, technical documentation, quality regulations. • Product Management, Agile Methodologies, Innovation, or Project Management specialization is valued. • Availability to work on-site in Los Boulevares neighborhood, Córdoba.
